This one is out of order. There were a couple, homeless, that were sitting and having a fight in front of it. So, I decided to go further and and perhaps get it while coming back down, sans homeless. They were still there coming back so I snapped this from afar. It's called Mad Mom and I guess it's as appropriate a place as any to fight :)
